StatPacks G3 Medslinger, Red

This is the perfect bag for just about everything. I use it as a “jump bag” for my car. I was first introduced to stat packs through my work. I was so impressed by them that when I needed a new bag for my personal kit, I know I wanted their bags. It holds everything you need to cover all your BLS needs. From bulky dressings, a couple Sam splints, and igels. Even holds a couple 500 bags and some set ups. It’s compact yet spacious, it’s hard to wrap my firefighter brain around. It’s a little pricey compared to other medical bags, but this is well worth it. Very comfortable material, that’s easy to clean, and nice big robust zippers. I guarantee that you will not be disappointed with this purchase.

I've had this bag for a few months now, and it has held up very well for the near daily use I get out of it as an EMS First Responder... It is very capable of holding a decent amount of BLS equipment (with enough room to even store a "C"-sized portable oxygen tank) and keeps all of your equipment well organized, making it very easy to find things. I highly recommend purchasing one if you're a BLS/ALS First Responder or are an EMT that responds to scenes.

I use this everyday in place of the huge bag on the Ambulance. Fits pretty much everything I need for the basic medical calls.

Unfortunately when I first ordered the bag I was sent the wrong bag then advertised. It was an easy return. I then purchased the bag from manufacturer. I’ve loved the bag ever scence. It has amazing storage opportunities and you can fit way more than you think. My only critique with the bag is they the inside zippers do not have pull tabs. I ordered some neon green tabs to go with it and it’s amazing!

Purchased on March 10, 2024 to keep at home as a family first aid kit, and where it has leave the entirety of the time, and has never been out of the house since delivered and properly stocked with the necessary medical supplies. Today April 15, 2026, pulled it out to treat a minor lower back blister caused by a wrongly positioned hydration bladder valve after my weekly long run, and to my surprise found it to be coming apart... the overall integrity of the bag appears to be otherwise in a very good shape, except that the red material is disintegrating to the lightless touch, giving off red granules of material everywhere, while exposing the underlying layers of fabric, and aesthetically it no longer hold its original allurement. Definitely not worth the amount paid!

I love Statpacks, but this isn’t a fantastic pack. It uses a waterproof shell, but not waterproof zippers. Huge miss! Inside, it is room, but there is not a great way to organize basics such a tools for taking vitals, paperwork, etc. You’re basically stuck with their giant mesh pockets and zippered pockets, but there is no practical way to organize things. On the exterior, there are a couple of molle straps, but once again, not enough to be practical or customize this to your needs. I will say it is fairly comfortable to wear, but this needs to be redesigned on the interior and exterior. Statpacks could/ should do *a lot* better.

I am an athletic trainer and I wanted to go with a different bag from others. I love this bag!! It is very spacious and has lots of zippers. So far it's also been a very sturdy bag.
