Survey of Historic Costume: Bundle Book + Studio Access Card

Very good textbook with good chapter topics, comprehensive content, and vocabulary lists at the ends of chapters.

This was a required text for a class at Parsons and is very comprehensive and informative.

I ordered this book new but i received a USED one, dd not want to go through the hassle of returning it.

I order a brand new copy of this book and the one they sent me was used, water staining on the fore edge of the book as well as a market stain. Was supposed to come with access to the studio and shrink wrapped but clearly a used book. I actually really love the book and it’s extremely useful which is why I wanted a physical copy of it versus the temporary copy I had for my semester. But being marketed as brand new and being sent a used copy was upsetting.

The content of the book is quite good - lots of useful information, though comparatively lacking in detailed visual references.Unfortunately, the Amazon mislabeled the format as a hardcover. I'm not sure how the book's binding will hold up over time, as it seems quite flimsy.
