Very well made with heavy duty steel. Has a very nice smooth polished finish. This will look nice and professional in any type of room.I installed this in 2 minutes in my garage to quickly and easily attach and detach my workout bag. It is so nice and easy to connect and it looks like it was made for it.I used the included bolts and ran straight into the beam on the ceiling. I simply pre drilled small holes after marking the holes with the mount itself. Then I screwed the bolts right in. It did also come with heavy duty anchors if you need them.I would definitely order again and have no problem recommending this to a friend.I received this product at a discounted rate in exchange for an honest review.

Nice and heavy duty. It is nice that it comes with the screws you need to mount it properly no matter what you are securing it to. We put it in our support beam in the basement so that I could hang my exercise suspension system. I received this product at a discount for an honest unbiased review.
