Excellent quality and comfort, not RDS compatible.
Absolutely fantastic holster and worth the price. very comfortable and forgot I had it on within minutes. Does a good job avoiding printing while still being comfortable. If you're like me and like to wear your gun around 3-4, that extra padding on the back really keeps it from digging into your hip!! Good construction, feels very durable and well put together. My only caveat is that it is NOT red dot compatible for the Shield Plus. Would love to have that option in the future.

Another great holster
It's super comfortable and holds the gun securely. Wearing it at about 5 o'clock and I can't even feel it.Kinda wish the backing was slightly bigger around the top half of the holster. All of the black arch holsters I own pinch the hell out of me when holstering. That was a pretty big reason I ordered this one with the leather backing, but this one pinches really bad too. When I slide in the gun it have to angle it in towards my hip to get it in the kydex, which causes the slide drop lever to meet perfectly with the edge of the leather. Like half and inch more leather all around the kydex would have been perfect.I'm not going to knock any stars off for that because it's still a great holster. I'm not drawing and holstering enough for it to really matter. I usually leave the gun in when I take the holster off and on. The problems are specific to my body and carry setup anyway. I'm still going to buy another one for my other carry gun.

Not near as comfortable as advertised
I was looking for a tuckable IWB holster that was comfortable and wouldn't print. Most of the holsters (on Amazon) required a claw to prevent printing and many reviewers complained about discomfort and sweating with Kadex holsters. This product advertised minimal printing and maximum comfort, because of the breathable backing. That would probably be true if it wasn't for the 2" leather border around the breathable material. I rate false for comfort. It's true there is very little print with a tucked in shirt. The trouble is, it's very hard to tuck in. I have to tuck in the back of my shirt, snap my jeans, then reach through my open zipper to grab my shirt and pull it between the belt clips. Very difficult if you carry at the three o'clock position like me. It's easier in the appendix position but it prints more and diggs into my leg when I sit. So yes, it's tuckable, if you're a contortionist. I purchased a minimalist holster, that covers the front sight, here on Amazon for $23.99 made by "Whole Guns" that does what this $100. holster can't.

Perfection in carrying now !
It’s the perfect holster! I tried so many over the years & haven’t liked any I’ve owned. This holster for my beretta px4 compact is perfectly comfortable wearing it all day and night. Don’t even know it’s on me it’s that comfortable. Will buy more for my Cz’s and hopefully they make one for my beretta 92x performance. Very happy customer!

Excellent quality, fit, service. Even for a beginner!
Brand new; first-time holster, so I'll update as I use it.I just got this holster today. Never having carried, I wasn't sure what to expect in terms of weight and comfort. I'll be honest: for the beginner, you need to spend some time trying some different positions and setups to figure what works for you. I *think* I've found it, but will play with it over the next few days to be sure.At first, I thought it was terribly uncomfortable, but I worked with positioning quite a bit. I haven't yet played with can't and ride level, which is adjustable on this holster. However, 7 hours later, I'm starting to forget I have it on. Part of the problem was also adjusting my belt. I'm using an Alien Gear Belt, which was terrific. Getting everything adjusted takes some experimentation.Build quality: outstanding. The leather is supple, but strong; the breathable backer does its job, and the retention of the weapon is just right as it came from Black Arch.Comfort: I'm going to rate this pretty high - if it can get me to forget that I'm carrying 2 lbs on my belt, it's pretty good.Customer Service: Outstanding. I made a call to Black Arch to check delivery, and they were incredibly helpful. Because I wanted this in time for a class, they even made sure it got here in time. I'm already sold on the company.I'm going to continue to play with this over the next week; that should give this beginner some time to work any kinks out. Then I'll update here.2-WEEK UPDATE: I've found that you have to change how you wear your clothes and kind of how you move to make it work. The holster works VERY well; the primary discomfort came from having a 2-lbs load on my belt. I already had an Alien Gear steel-core belt, so it was up to the task. There's a balance of how tight the belt is, and how little you want the holster to shift around. I've found that balance and now, I'm hardly aware of its presence. If you have any extra weight (I do), then you might find the gun dig in a little from time to time, but simply tilt the holster slightly to let things shift, and you're good to go.Another recommendation: with an empty weapon (and VERIFIED), practice drawing and re-seating your weapon. It makes it much safer for all, and it helps you find the sweet spot for the holster.

Best holster you can buy
I use this for every day carry for my p365xl and it is incredible. Super comfy, great retention. The ability to adjust the position for the belt clips is awesome. Much better than a straight up kydex, or leather. Truly the best of both worlds.
