1 Pack 2pcs Orange Bicycle Light Reflector For Wheels Spokes

As soon as I started installing the first reflector it broke in two at the fastener. I realize there are always flawed items made, but with no means of proof (other than my saying it broke without undue force being applied) how can I request a replacement (especially as the other reflector was installed without any problem and is still in-place). I will likely pick-up another set at a cycle shop and install them there in case either reflector breaks. At least they would see it was the item and not me.
