A "must have" for technical writers to have on their bookshelves. It's extremely detailed and complete, but very readable. I think calling it a "handbook" is a bit simplistic, as it's a fairly thick, hardbound and printed using small text. But it's an outstanding reference book not just for technical writers but for any type of business writing. I highly recommend it.
