Great supportive brace
This brace provides moderate support while also still being flexible enough to move comfortably. I had a minor ankle sprain a few weeks ago that healed 95%, but then I tried playing soccer and the pain was getting worse with each game. I didn't want to sit out the rest of the season, so I tried this brace and it really helped. I was able to run and flex my foot pretty well while wearing it. It also helps when I play pickleball, providing support for lateral movement. When I first tried it, the seam on the bottom caused a bruise on the arch of my foot. It felt a lot better once I pulled the sleeve higher up on my leg to that the seam was more towards the heel. Overall, it probably wouldn't be supportive enough for major sprains but it's good for light to moderate support.

Helped with my ankle sprain
These was perfect for me to wear after my mild ankle sprain. Just snug enough to keep movement down without cutting off circulation

Versatile ankle brace
I like this brace for its adaptability. Just wearing the sleeve gives some support, or you can add the strap for extra structure. The only issue i have had is the edge curling under the arch of my foot, which can hit uncomfortably in a shoe depending on the construction of the shoe.

Great for Compression
I sprained my ankle pretty badly, and I was getting sick of trying to wind an ACE bandage around and around, so I bought this to try. You slide the sleeve over your foot and ankle like a sock, then wrap the two attached elastic straps around your ankle in opposite directions until the velcro meets. The velcro is VERY strong. The elastic creates a tight level of compression, which is what I needed. Sometimes it even feels too tight after a while, so I had to take it off. It took my ankle over 4 weeks to heal and this was very helpful, not only in keeping the pain level down, but also in stabilizing my ankle from bending.

Very tight
These do not account for swelling at all. I have small feet and even with minor swelling the medium sized brace was way too tight and uncomfortable to wear.

Good quality and easy to use
The ankle brace was of nice quality at good price, easy to use. I broke my fibula and tabular many years agoand the past few years this has caused pain due to arthritis at the up and down motion of the foot. This brace fits nicely, firm , but not too tight. ( I WEAR A 10 1/2 MEDIUM SHOE) I also ride my bike 30-40 miles a week and this brace helps. I am 80 years old and do not like to take pain meds ,so I look for items that lessen the pain. The brace can also be adjusted to add as much force as you need to support the weak ankle. Lastly , it cost 8.99 or less than a hamburger, so splurge.

Just What I Needed
This was not what I was expecting to receive, but turned out to be just what I needed. I have a bone spur in one of my heels that has caused horrible pain for a few months and makes it difficult to walk or even put weight on my foot. While I can’t wear this to work as I wouldn’t be able to wear my shoes over it, I do wear it all evening and while sleeping and my foot seems to be a bit better. It’s a sleeve that kind of adds compression and then you add the strap and wrap it around your ankle and it attaches to the front bottom with one side having a Velcro end. The Velcro is very strong and doesn’t come loose or snag onto anything. It provides just the right amount of support to hold my foot in position to where it’s less sore.

Adjustable and good support
Got these for my ankle which can give out at any in time,Injury from the military. They really do support well and are adjustable which is very helpful. They only thing is that the bindings can make it a snug fit into your shoe.
