Q: what is this good for? How do you use it?

It is good for many things. I add it to sunscreen to help with protection from the sun as well as making the sunscreen a natural repellant(only takes 2-4 drops to be effective). I also use 1 drop in a diffuser at night to help with sleep. It can also aid in protecting from seasonal allergies. It can be massaged onto the skin(usually bottoms of feet) put on the hands and inhaled by cupping the hands together and smelling the hands. Can cause skin sensitivity. Terra Shield is better as a bug repellant.

It smells like cedar wood. As first I didn't like it but after constant use, iI really like the aroma now.
