It sure has worked for me. No longer have to take Cialis. I take 2 pills in the morning, and 2 at night. Has also lowered my blood pressure 40 points.

How large are the capsules? Are they easy to swallow?

It is a tubular shaped capsule, approximately 7/8" long by 1/4" diameter. Very smooth and I find swallowing it to be simple. I typically swallow two at a time. However, I generally don't have a problem swallowing pills.

I was taking this supplement as suggested:2 capsules twice a day between meals. Any idea if taking with meal it will work the same?

Great Quality and Effective

Was in the ER with Premature Arterial Contractions and they said, tough, so sad for you. PAC's are sooo uncomfortable. I don't even know how to start telling you how annoying and life-disrupting they are. While I was stuck there on the gurney I studied PACs on my phone and found some college studies that had luck with L-argenine and taurine. I like Now brand for my supplements and I ordered these ASAP and, sure enough, that worked for me. Plus, my blood pressure started going down also. I'm sure these results are not typical for everyone, but for me, these guys have a forever customer. Cannot thank them enough for going into the vitamin biz.
