Amazing! 🤩 🤩🤩
Love this machine! I specifically wanted a coffee machine for lattes and cappuccinos and this is perfect. Definitely worth the money as I save a fortune not buying coffee out now

Beans get jammed with every cup. It takes 15 minutes for 1 cup of coffee.
This machine needs to be taken apart to clean after every use. Beans get stuck every time- it’s takes 5 minutes to make a coffee, then another 10 ninutes to clean and unblock the beans. We are not able to make a 2nd cup without taking it apart to clear out jammed beans. Not worth the time nor money. Unfortunately, we were 1 day late from being able to return it plus now we are stuck with a machine that doesn’t work properly.

So far the machine is functioning well. Very happy with the purchase. The frosting is great, creating tick milk foam for cappuccino. Also it came with free insulation which was great as they explained to me how to use it and clean it properly

Multifunctional but quite noisy
The types of the coffees that the machine can prepare is amazing. However it is quite noisy. If you start the machine when the rest of the people sleeping they wake up because of the coffee machine noise.

It's a great coffee machine , easy to use, and easy to maintain. My family are enjoying their cup of cofee.

Not worth the value
Drinks are barely warm by the process. No hot drinks out of it. Even the simple Esspresso shots are cold. Coffee grinding have aftertaste and tooooo dark regardless of bean roast or origin. Stupid when out of beans or water... takes ages to sense that it was refilled. Pausing or cancelling process is by force press, and response rate is way tooooo slow. Frothing is another troublesome process... it doesn't sense the little bottom remaining milk.. waste of resource You can't use frothing functionality alone without wasting warmed milk AND coffee Now the used ground coffee compartment is jamming alot to reenter into the machine When I make drinks I heat them in the microwave to drink them It sat out of use for more than a month... ROI 0%

Not worth the investment
I owned a delonghi prior to this and when compared to the size and price, this machine is definitely not the cost. The worst part is how EXTREMELY loud it is, the loudest machine I have ever used. The foaming is decent but it is more of bubbles than foam for a cappuccino. And it is beyond me why they didn’t just add a hot milk option. All in all, I have to advise against it.
