Gout and You Tart Cherry Extract 3000 mg, 90 Capsules

I know everyone is differnet and I have tried several natural pills for my gout and none have worked. Gout will put you down hard and if you have had it you understand. These cherry extract capsules have worked for me. My foot pain is gone. It's not just the gout flare ups but I always seemed to have some pain. It is all gone. I would recommend trying these. It's a cheap risk.

I have never had gout in my life, but my dad suffered from it and my son currently suffers from it and is on a maintenance medication, but I was shocked when I learned I had it, I did not have the usually symptoms of the pain and swelling in any of my toes, I already have arthritis in my knees so I assumed my pain in that area was just due to that, my symptoms were more in my shoulder and arm. I had a torn rotator cuff and underwent surgery in March for repair, but my progression was not going well, and I was having a lot of pain, after going to my primary care doctor for my regular physical my blood work came back showing my uric acid levels 7.9 he put me Colchicine. I am not big on taking medication especially ones that can damage your liver and kidneys if taken long term. So I looked for alternatives to help me maintain my gout and came across Gout and You and I have been using it for two weeks now and I have had no flare ups. I love the free book that came with it, it has helped me understand the condition a lot more and I love all the recipes because they are simple and things I already eat now.

I've been using the Tart Cherry Extract product for several years, also Nutri-Gout. When home, I prefer to drink 4 oz of tart cherry juice when I have it on hand. I began using the tart cherry extract capsules when I'm away from home, and now I've added it to my routine at home, especially when I want to avoid the fructose that comes along with tart cherry juice. For me, two capsules a day keeps the doctor away. I took a 4 month trip out of country, and ran out of the Tart Cherry Extract capsules and soon experienced an attack of Gout. That's enough to convince me that these capsules made the difference.

It is too soon to tell if indeed this product works as advertised, I do know that tart cherry works, but unfortunately when I ordered it my gout was on it's downside. It will be back and then I can use immediately to see how quickly it works. Therefore it's hard to give a full 5 star, at this time I'm neutral...but would recommend ordering it for the flare ups.

It's easy to swallow and since I've been taken the pills I haven't had any gout flare-ups.

I usually don't write a long review but I will regarding this supplement. It has helped me immensely with my throbbing around outside of my ankle, I smashed my bone on my ankle. One pill three times a day. I'm amazed at how well it works. My friend is taking his for gout. Still waiting for an update on that. Cheers, excellent product

I take one capsule/day in the morning. I have been taking this cherry extract for over a year and my frequency of gout attacks has almost fallen to zero.
