My lil girl got these as a gift. We use them for her therapy sessions ST & OT. They are smooth but not slippery where she won't get hurt w them (like a splinter). The only thing I have to say is that one of the pegs for the triangle pc is a lil off and it makes a bit hard to put in the triangle pcs. Other than that it's a great tool/toy to teach shapes and another level of shape sorting as well.

My granddaughter is 1 now and these are the perfect puzzle for her hand eye coordination!! She has been so smart with putting them in the right spots! Sometimes she gets it wrong but mostly right! I highly recommend this to anyone looking to help their child with remembering and thinking! You have to sit with them this young but 100% worth it!

It's a good puzzle but after 2 days one of the pegs came off, guess it can be reglued but shouldn't have to with the price I paid

This toy keeps my 2 yr old daughter’s attention for a good while. Quality purchase and very gift able encourages fine motor skill development and shape/ color sorting.

Durable, well made, all areas are smooth and the pieces are easy to handle by little hands. I also used it for my son to practice threading and I drew the shapes in a paper so he could practice marching items..... so it’s a good open ended toy

Perfect for autism task

I bought this for my two year old son 6 months ago and he loves it. My 4 year old daughter plays with it too. We keep it in our living room and it gets played with everyday. The wood has held up nicely and seems very durable. It has been used for more than just stacking, but for color sorting, shape sorting, counting, and for pretend play. I would highly recommend this for your child or as a gift.
