If I turn these up loud enough will they drown out the voices in my head?

Fit in 2017 ram 1500 crew cab front and back doors?

They will fit in the back door. You may run into mounting depth issues with the front. Also.. it's pointless to put 3 way speakers in the front doors of the Ram. Either do 2 way coax or get component for the front and drop the tweeters in the 3.5" dash speaker holes (there's straps to mount tweeters in these 3.5" holes). I don't care what other reviewers say about these speakers. Kappas are THE BEST speakers for replacing your factory speakers, using the factory wiring AND an aftermarket stereo.. with no amplifier. Throw an amp on them? Give them a little juice and you're not gonna have to worry about subwoofers. What I did in my Ram.. since the dash speakers are very pronounced and the Ram is not at all lacking when it comes to highs.. I left my dash speakers alone and didn't worry about component speakers for the front doors. I ran kappa 3 way 6x9's in the front doors (I bought them before I knew there's no signal doing to the front doors for highs and is bass only.. or else would've gotten coax). If you don't use a spacer that clears the door frame enough.. the speaker's cage surrounding the magnet will not fit through the opening. It will hit right around where the terminals are. After seeing what a pain in the ass it was to make the 6x9's fit in the front doors, I bought a pair of kappa 3 way 6.5" for the two rear doors. They can get extremely loud without distorting and without an amp. They're crisp and great. If you want bass that blows your pantlegs around and makes your ear drums bleed, then just run some 12-14 gauge speaker wire to them from an aftermarket amp and they'll do that.
