I would highly recomend UltraTech 4000 Ultra-Ever Dry Bottom Coat. You can´t fail with that one.

Does this coating work on electronic devices?

It will certainly coat the device but it will by no means make it waterproof.

Does it work with concrete?

it does not very well on anything . i spoke to them and i toss it away . it a scam
