Clackamas, OR. Package says made in USA. Not sure exactly where the ingredients are grown. I would email or call company directly.

is the Angel Baby Bottom Balm cloth diaper safe?

Yes. I used it while cloth diapering with no problems. Whatever residue it leaves on the diapers easily washes away and doesn’t affect the diaper’s absorbency. I don’t remember it leaving much behind though. If you are very unsure and to ease your mind on the first few uses with this balm, use a liner on your CD.
