Got2b Metallic Permanent Hair Color - M69 Amethyst Chrome

Update Fuscia after 5 washes see image and notes, my strands with one time bleached portion is still holding strong not as deep color but still beautiful and vibrant. Some bleached ends aren’t taking too well. I’ve still receive compliments on the ombré look as it fades.the roots where I have white still holds color very well.Update:Urban Fuscia Update! I decided to do my whole head in the Fuscia color after bleaching it once and really liked the highlight bits I did. Becuase I’ve used metallic silver and gave me a dingy blue green before ,but this is vibrant ruby purplish reddish color! I love this color! I left it on for 35 mins. The purplish color last picture is natural daylight around 10am and the reddish is more in my incandescent bathroom lightingI don’t know how much it will fade it what will come of it will update later….This was my first time doing my own highlights and well my foil isn’t exactly the neatest looking but who cares the end result was what I wanted highlights of the amethyst color and not too over the top. I’ll update as I wash and see how long this will take. I also have grays that I’m growing out so this held onto those grays well for now. I am excited to see how it fades as this is my first attempt with this color and brand. I’m going to try the fuscia and mix it in next month so it all blends in. Didn’t smell much at all!

So far I like the results of this brand. My before hair color had been dyed with a rose gold color and then a plum color added on top of it (pre bleach treated). I wanted a change and wanted to try purple and settle on the got2b amethyst chrome. It’s a very vibrant purple which I was looking for. I do wash my hair daily and the color is fading but it’s a nice fade. Pictures add different lighting but in person you can still see the purple shade mostly at my roots. If I touch up I will likely purchase this same brand again. Overall I am happy with the way this turned out despite it not being fully permanent compared to getting my hair colored professionally at a salon. The dye was easy to use and apply, and the directions were easy to read and follow.

Dark purple with marvelous shine in the sun!

I have medium/dark brown hair that is on the long side. I bought two boxes of the amethyst chrome color and put it on the mids firat, then the roots and ends. Left it on for something like 35-40 minutes from firat application time. I only used it a few days ago so I can't comment on longevity at this point, but if it lasts less time than the box suggests I will edit this later to reflect that. It was really easy to use, it had a nice scent but a very strong one. I loved that the applicator tips were screw on and off rather than twist-off or the cut-off type (ew.) It didn't drip off of my hair or anything like that, I was able to twist my hair on top of my head and it sat there the whole time without sliding or anything, which was really nice as well. My hair was left feeling smooth, healthy and conditioned. Results were darker than I preferred, but no less than I expected. My hair has been previously dyed, but it had been quite some time since I had touched it up, beyond cheap color depositing conditioner (the brand of which I did not recommend.) That said, I really, really like the color. It is definitely purple, but a camoflauged type of purple that I can get away with at work because without direct light it basically just looks black. When the light hits it though, the shimmer is just amazing. I doubt I will use non-metallic dyes in the future.Note: later on I used color oops to try and pull it out to go to another color, and it turned my hair dark emerald green lol. I really liked it, and followed up with green dyes for a while.
