Do these block out loud people talking/laughing? And all other loud noises?

I think it depends on how well they fit into your ear canal. These were hard for me to get positioned, but on the few times I did they seemed to block out most of the heavy traffic noise outside of my house. When they are not in exactly right I could still hear noise through them.

Can you re-use these?

Hi Simon - you can easily use them for multiple days. I've tried it. They remain comfortable, and the noise reduction remains the same. No problem!

Are these packed in pairs?

These are packed in a zip lock all together, not paired separately.

Are the pairs individually packaged?

You get a bag full of plugs, but a small carrying case to put the pair you are currently using in.
