Fairly easy to assemble solo. Easier with two.. Good instructions.Fabric looks hard wearinf and practial. Much better than bonded leather or plasic. An economic alternative to leather and good looking. Quite comfortable and easy to recline. A good buy.

Chair arrived promptly, looks great,when we got our heads around the poor instruction booklet, it looked like it had ran out of ink!!! Also some of the holes that had been drilled by manufacturers were not straight,, but on the up side looks great, comfy seat..

Bought 3 of these for our living room. We spent a leisurely afternoon putting them together as it is a 2 person job. We are extremely pleased with these chairs and footstools. The chairs are extremely comfortable and fit into our room perfectly. Would definitely buy these again.

Exactly what I was looking for in the fabric, colour is excellent. Prompt delivery no issues totally recommended.

Chair is 6/10 comfortable for long use and the leg rest bumps it up another point, but the reclining mechanism is terrible. It slides on one rod under the seat and drags the back rest with the seat. Problem os, it just slides, there are no notches to fix it in place, the only thing you can do is tighten a screw that pushes into that rod it slides on and however tight you manage it, whenever you sit, you wonder when it will slide and make the whole thing change position. It’s also impossible to use as a desk chair. It’s awkward to use as a reading or viewing chair as well. Not sure who this would be good for.

I bought this because I wanted a recliner that was a bit higher off the ground than my old chair. It arrived promptly, well packed. I found it reasonably easy to put together on my own and it is very comfy. On the down side the instructions were poor, the print was so small I had to squint to read it. The fittings come in two separate parts. The nuts and bolts come in a sealed pack but some of the fittings for the footstool come separately with the chair recliner handle. Don't throw any packaging away until you have finished assembly!

the engineering of the parts is poor. I had to re drill parts that were blocked with residue of Chrome etc.As an engineer this wasnt a major problem but people without the necessary tools would struggle to assemble the chairs.Once assembled they are very comfortable and look great. We also had a major problem with Customer service having been told it would be a friday Delivery this was then changed to Saturday only to recieve notification it would be Friday fortunately we were at home all day. The drivers delivery men were really good. Communication with Amazon is getting more and more diffiuclt when something goes wrong
