Works well hut does turn urine a pink/orange color. That’s the only side effect

Great product but every time I order products from micro ingredients i am short pills/capsules!! I continue to order cause I have always had good results in my medical labs using microingredients products. Just wish I wasn't always short on my supplements. Giving it 4 stars cause of their product shortages. I always count my capsules now.

I have a friend who is into fitness and health and in school they recommended this product for Her to Take at night before bed.I started taking this and I have noticed I don’t get nauseated or as raging with emotion during menstruation. When I wake up after sleeping, the next day I’m not sick with hunger. I am 37 going on 38 in February. I also began to lose weight and I don’t have cravings like I use to. I was eating all the sugar….and bread…. But now I’m not really interested in it.

These are less expensive per capsule than those you buy in bottles. You get a lot more in the package. Add calcium d-glucarate to the DIM and you're set.

The product itself might be good, but people need to be warned. Start off VERY slowly. This stuff can be dangerous! I get migraines anyway, but taking this made a spontaneous one happen that night. The worst I have had. Along with vomit. It got so bad I passed out and awoke with bruises everywhere. It took a while to figure this is what caused it. Even a 20th of a capsule didn't help. i was not able to get used to it. The literature is being updated, as are these reviews, with serious head pain. So just be careful. It is a good supplement if you can handle it, but horrific for some.

Purchased this twice over last 2 years. I was not disciplined to take it daily at first and felt no clear improvement. Now I take it nightly and it helps me sleep much better. Love that it comes in a more environmentally friendly package than typical oversized plastic bottles.
