Facile da assemblare perché le viti sono tutte suddivise nel blister (consiglio di fare una foto prima di aprire il blister per essere agevolati durante il montaggio, perché essendo numerato aprendo la scatola si fa poi fatica a leggere la leggenda). Panca molto stabile, fatta bene ottima qualità prezzo... all'interno della confezione in omaggio un poster con indicati tutti gli esercizi che si possono fare. Consiglio l'acquisto, mai vista tanta cura così per la spedizione.

El banco cumple su función, es decir que sirve para hacer extensiones de espalda y de glúteo y abdominales. Se tarda en armar alrededor de 1h a 1h15min. Le pongo 3 estrellas porque después de haberlo comprado vi que por un menor precio (35% menos) pude haber comprado un banco similar que se ve más sólido y resistente aquí en Amazon y ese banco además sirve para sissy squat y este que compré no. Pero, bueno, no es mal producto, pero hay otras opciones a mejor precio.
