Thanks for your question, Dave. The shelf life for this product is 18 months (1.5 years), and it does not need to be refrigerated after opening. Storing in a cool, room temperature room with the cap shut will preserve the product well.

I plan to use for tiki cocktails since it claims to have 33% juice (better than most other brands). Will this product fit my purpose?

good black sugar flavor

good black sugar flavor. My whole family love it from old to young age member (yes, I bough it for family, I know). Big bottle, at first I though it will last my family at least a year or so. Half of it gone after 2 months. I mainly use it to make flavor milk, sometimes for cooking if I need brown sugar flavor.
