This is what I’ve been waiting for! Don’t get the Dubro or the Sullivan, or the MPJ. Get this one. It’s boot actually fits on a glow plug without a hassle and clips in very nicely. I was hesitant at first, but decided to try yet another remote igniter setup from a different manufacturer. I’m glad I did. I will buy more for sure. In fact, I may buy a few and put them away for later.Once you install everything, I highly recommend soldering and heat shrinking the brass clip that is on the glow plug lead. Installation and soldering and heat shrinking took about 10 minutes from the time I opened the package to the point of testing.

I love these little units, they can be a tad tricky to get sitting correctly on the glow plugs but when they are just right they work really good.Do yourself a favor and get one, save those fingers for flying the sticks.

These things are great.. I use them on every new plane I put together.HOWEVER, the threaded portion of the jack is barely long enough to pass through a piece of 1/8" balsa.I've bought several of these, and one was slightly longer, but the rest are TOO SHORT to do the job without a bit of frustration and trimming the inside of the fuselage.Once you get to the 16" and larger props, I'd consider using one of these, just plan ahead where you'll be placing the jack.
