Q: how long is this tape in cm and inches?

18 yards is 648 inches or 1700 cms approx. So each of the 10 reals is this long.

Q: Is this tape colour fast?

I have only used the red so far and yes it was colour fast.

Q: how long would this be in cm and inches?

withd is 1.2cm (0.47") each color length is 165cm (65")

Q: does the 1/2" measurement mean 1/2" before it's folded at all, when it comes off the spool, or when it's folded in use?

If it says order 1/2inch then thats how it comes off the spool and stitch in the one of the folds. Hope that makes sense.
