Great supplement

I ordered TUDCA and Milk Thistle together to take before eating meals for the pain I was having after eating due to not having a gall bladder anymore. I do not want to take ox bile, so I was relieved to find an option. I can tell a big difference since I began taking these two together right before I eat. The pain was absolutely agonizing, but with this combo, if I do still have some discomfort, it is bearable. I will purchase again.

Beware of the fillings and other stuff added to supplements. These ones are the cleanest ones I have tried and work amazingly in digestion, mood, energy. It really does a huge significant difference!!

If you have a congested liver or digestion issues related to poor bile flow then TUDCA is like flicking a light switch. This helped me enormously but why does this now cost TRIPLE the price of a year ago? Going to have to find another brand who doesn't engage in price gouging.

Gall bladder and appendix removed caused havoc with digestion. Tudca is helping tremendously.
