Works great. Smells great. It's perfect and I'm sticking with it.The smell isn't overpowering. I would compare it to the strength of Irish Spring, where you need to be really close to smell it after washing. But it smells great too, like a light refreshing men's aftershave.The granules in it work as expected. They're really fine so if you have sensitive skin maybe go easy on the scrubbing or consider something else. But definitely gets rid of any dead skin, cleans the beard well, foams just enough, and you use a really small amount each time so it will last.I use it every other day because my skin under the beard needs it. It strips the beard of surface oils. I recommend following up with a beard oil or something afterward.Pro Tip: If you brush/listerine after, make sure you don't spit it out on your chin. It's gonna feel like you put Vicks there and stood in front of a fan, freezing/tingling.

I am a 51 year old man with a full beard and mustache. I ran out of my old face wash, and decided to try something new. I didn't want to spend a fortune, so I ended up trying this Softsheen-Carson Magic Men's Exfoliating Face Scrub. I've never heard of the brand or read anything about the product. It was a blind faith try for me, and I'm very happy with it. First and foremost, I love the scent. I guess I'm smelling the cedarwood oil. It's a very pleasant, masculine, and satisfying scent. The face wash has some exfoliating "stuff" (technical term) in it that works well to scrub away the dead skin. I have fairly sensitive skin, and this doesn't dry me out (although I still use a facial moisturizer afterwards), and has not caused any issues. I would recommend it, and I will definitely buy it again.

Cleans well but feels dry in the shower? Hard to explain but it does have a bit of a drying feeling in the shower. If you're using it just as a beard wash I use oil after and I'd suggest you do too. Otherwise you're dry and the beard will curl 1000x more than usual. Other than that it cleans and exfoliates.

Well first off, it smells nice, and it feels nice. I scrubbed it all over my face and honestly, I felt pretty good and my face felt a bit smoother than usual after washing. But do be warned, still stings in your eye like other faces washes but I guess that’s a given. The smell is good and it’s light but not light enough to where you can’t smell it at all. Overall, a nice product that I'll use again

Not the best I have ever used. But best in this price. I prefer it more for my beard. For this price it's good. But you can definitely get better one if you decide to spend little bit more.

Bought for my partner. Really does a great job of exfoliating, he loves it. Has helped eliminate a lot of ingrown hairs on his neck area.
