Tailwind Nutrition Grab-and-Go Endurance Fuel Single Serve Assorted Flavors (Pack of 8) - Hydration Drink Mix with Electrolytes, Carbohydrates - Non-GMO, Gluten-Free, Vegan, No Soy or Dairy

BEST HYDRATE DRINK

I love that it uses real not artificial sugar. The taste is not too salty and does not upset my stomach I use it when I have sweaty long runs and it helps. I did have issues with shipping damage flown ordered on Amazon but not from other places I have ordered it from such as the feed.

I was told of Tailwind by a friend but was naturally quite skeptical and purchased a stick pack set as a 'sampler' to see if it met the hype. As I usually rely on 'real food' and training instead of sugary gels and sports supplementation (shocking, I know!) I was erring toward taking on a 24 hour endurance event without this. However, I gave it a go and have to say it worked exactly as described by others. I completed the 24 obstacle/endurance event (World's Toughest Mudder) and completed over 50 miles and 200 obstacles while sipping a stick pack in a CamelBak every 10 miles. I can honestly say I didn't feel the need for anything else although I did also enjoy some warm oats in the wee small hours during a pit stop but that was mostly for morale (and something warm) than need. Of course no product like this can or will make up for a lack of training and preparation but I finished far 'fresher' than I would have thought and had none of the effects that gels etc can give (nausea and/or stomach issues) and I wasn't even hungry and wanting to eat (which I usually have following a long event). Obviously there are too many external factors for me to suggest that Tailwind is the one thing that got me through and I doubt there is any point in using it for a 10 mile run BUT I will definitely use it for other endurance events.

tutto ok

Realmente funciona. Los he usado en dos ultras de montaña y no he tenido pájaras con ellos, ni problemas estomacales. Muy contento con el producto.
