Easy to install works great
Super simple to install, took about 30 minutes overall. Good quality grommets to prevent leakage and dual flush saves half a tank.

Very happy about this product.
we upgraded it to this one and let me tell you, before with the one with handle I was getting always a hard time trying to keep it working well, either the chain breaks or the valve was open running water if we were not aware of it. Since it comes with everything you need to install it, we used all the parts and when it was done, no leaks and worked perfect the very first time. If there are no changes on how it works for me this one receive 5 stars no doubt about it.

Easy to install.
I installed this in a Kohler toilet tank and it worked perfectly. The only downside I could find, was that the push buttons are hard to push.

Advanced DIY Job
Installing this requires that you disconnect the water and take the tank off the toilet, so it's an advanced do-it-yourself job. You MUST have a new tank gasket, and that doesn't come with the flush valve.https://www.amazon.com/Fluidmaster-6106-Universal-Hardware-Including/dp/B000BQKRJ2/And you MAY want to get a new fill valve / float (if the flush valve model you bought doesn't include this). You can re-use the old one, but as long as I had the whole thing apart I figured I'd go ahead and replace this, too! Mine was an old ball float from the 1980's.https://www.amazon.com/Fluidmaster-400H-002-Performax-Performance-Multicolor/dp/B07N7BH94Q/You will remove the tank and totally strip it down until you have nothing but the porcelain tank. Then add all the components back on the tank, reattach the tank to the stool, and reconnect the water. If you have all the parts ready, it'll easily take an hour. The only tools I needed were a flat head screwdriver, a 1/2" deep socket, and a medium pair of channel lock pliers. All three kits came with the rubber washers and bolts needed, and no other caulk or sealant is needed. Here's the tricky part that the instructions don't make clear. The handle has 180 degrees of motion (let's say up is 0 and down is 180). You want have it at the 180 position pointing down when you fit the square base into the hole in the tank. It should travel from 180 (pointing down) to 0 (pointing up). Then move it to the 90 degree position (horizontal) before attaching the cable. It will hold at horizontal - up 90 degrees is a full flush and down 90 degrees is a half flush.

Handle sometimes stunk in down position
Got this to replace an old Mansfield flush valve. It works fine except the handle sometimes, actually a lot of the times, stunk in the downward position when it was pushed down to flush the toilet so it keeps filling water into the tank. I have to consciously remember to lift it back to the horizontal position to avoid it keep filling water to the tank.

Still working!
I have a well, water softener etc. We have mineral rich water. Toilet seals fail over time so I usually stick with cheaper solutions. I had this brand fail before a year on the previous version of this product. Not this one. They seem to have gotten it right. Toilet flushes as it should and doesn't leak. Seals are lasting well this time and I am saving water and putting less water into my septic tank. Happy enough with this I will replace the hardware in my other bathrooms with this unit.

Small Flush Does Not Work
I got this today, and installed it. I was excited when I found this product, because my toilet tank is only 10" high on the inside, and this device will fit, where other products would not fit. This device replaces the toilet flush valve, so you have to remove the tank to install this. But, I'm pretty handy and was able to do it easily. There are two adjustments on this device. One adjustment for the amount of water volume for a full flush, and another adjustment for the volume of water for the small flush. The adjustment for the full flush works ok, in that the toilet will completely flush. However, the adjustment for the small flush will not work. I have the small flush adjustment set for the max amount of water volume for a small flush, but whenever I press the small flush button, there is not enough water released (the valve closes too fast) to actually allow the toilet to flush all the way, so the bowl never completely empties. I don't know how everyone else is making the small flush work, but I can't. I will be returning this device, and going back to my old flapper system, or trying another branded product
