Great Concept
When the lock works, it works great. I got this as a gift and loved the idea BUT half the time it won’t lock or unlock. When I’m at the gym, I don’t want to spend 20-25 mins trying to lock up my stuff. When you look on the support page, the only support is make sure it’s locked completely, yeah I tried that give me better support, that’s like calling the cable company and they ask if you unplugged the device, yes now give me better support. I will be going back to a combo lock.
