Why did I receive a product with signs of use?

Amazon did not classify the returned item as unsellable. Please provide photos, and we will resolve this for you.

Why are the colors of the two bulbs different?

During the HID bulb's start-up period (a few minutes), uneven xenon gas distribution causes temporary color differences. The color stabilizes to normal once fully ignited.

What if the bulb has a problem during 2 years?

Please describe the issue and provide photos to us, we will provide service for you.

Can I get a new pair if one bulb is defective?

Yes. If one fails, we'll send a replacement pair. Please message us for a free exchange.
