Q: How does it stick? I can't seem to get mine to stay in place

Based on the physics of the suction feature, you need to ensure that 1) air doesn't get underneath the mat (which can happen on tiled / wood surfaces) and 2) the back of the mat is clean. It also helps to dampen the back of the mat. Please try these tricks on the any smooth surface. If the mat still doesn't stick, please reach out via 'contact the seller' and we'll make it right!
