Impressive bass for the pricepoint!
I own a 2006 Lincoln LS, with the factory THX/Nav system from Soundmark. The rear deck speaker's foam surrounds had deteriorated. (In this system, the rear deck 6x9's are woofers). Discontinued from Ford and Lincoln.I've been a fan of Skar for their amps and subwoofers, and bought these Skar 6x9's to use as my subwoofers. I couldn't be happier with them. Definitely enough bass to make my rear view mirror move, and I'm guessing they dip well below their 40hz spec. Blew my mind. I'll be scoring some Skar 6x8's for the four doors soon, hoping they'll be as impressive as these 6x9's have been. I don't expect them to have the crazy bass of the rear deck, but am hoping to get better clarity and midbass

Great speakers
Has good sound quality speakers. Installed in a box I built for an antique radio I modernized. Wish it would have come with a cutout stencil to make it easier for people installing in boxes.

Best stock replacement ever!
Got them n every car I own (6), don't give them more than 50 watts and they'll last forever. It's the best for replacing stock stuff, goes perfect with stock amps or head units.
