Resistance Bands Set, Elastic Bands for Exercise & Physical Therapy, Strength Training for Upper & Lower Body Fitness

I’ve been using the THERABAND resistance bands set for a few months, and it’s been a fantastic addition to my daily workout routine. The bands are easy to use and offer just the right amount of resistance for stretching, strength training, and rehab exercises. I use them at home and when traveling, and they perform consistently every time. The quality feels solid and durable, and they’ve held up really well with regular use. These are great therabands. I had a neck situation come up from arthritis and the functional medicine doctor I saw had me purchase these to increase the strength of my neck and shoulders. In doing this and using the bands for specific exercises, I have virtually eliminated a "dowagers hump" I had developed and now have much less neck and shoulder pain. What I really like about these bands is the fact they roll up and don't take up much room so I can take them with me when we are camping in our travel trailer so I can keep up with the resistance training exercises. Each color band is significantly stronger than the other so you can go from band to band and get a different workout. They have good gripping-ness so you can get purchase on them and do your routine. They wipe off easily with a damp cloth should you need to.

These bands are color coded and the color codes sync with the bands used in my physical therapy sessions. But, color for color they are not as strong, nor are they as easily tied in a closed loop, which I need for my PT exercises. I can compensate by making a shorter loop, but they seem to loosen easily with only a couple of sets, and have to be retied. The knots are not easy to loosen to retie them. They work, but not as well as the bands in PT.

Used Therabands in the past that I got from my PT. Needed new bands and was told that it was cheaper to buy online rather than purchase through the practice b/c the copay after insurance pays out is still higher than the cost online.

I am an active 78 yr old that is pre- hip replacement and happens to also be a short 4’11” and needed a way in which to more comfortably move my right leg up on the bed when I want to lay down for awhile. I found that the green band serves that purpose very well. I am not using the two left aren’t quite as sturdy, but will come in handy post-op, I’m sure.

The Theraband Resistance Band box was opened and 18 inches of the green band was cut off. Everything else was fine. I would appreciate a new green band.

TheraBand are the best on the market and what most of physiotherapist use. I like them, I not afraid it will break in my face 😆
