Does anyone know why it won't ship to my location and what location does it ship too?

I couldn’t tell you for sure, but I know it can’t go to PO Boxes

How many times can i use it?

Hello...all our confetti cannons are one time use only.

Is the silver confetti also biodegradable?

NO...any Mylar material is NOT biodegradable, but the paper filling in all our cannons are.

The sliver top. do i remove it? i don’t have a step one. just starts at 2?!

Hello, No need to remove or poke a hole in top foil seal. Simply aim upwards, and twist both halves firmly for activation.
