How do you fold it up? Instructions are not clear.

When you match the corners together it collapses itself and then you can fold it in half.

Yes! My 4 and 14 year old use them daily

Is there any way to contact the company? Ours broke after 2 months.

Mine did as well. I just trashed them and bought a more durable brand for same price.

Perfect Portable soccer nets!

Great product, it works great for our budget and our soccer star 🌟 🤩. I did fold this up incorrectly and broke part of the pole (still learning here). But I contacted the customer service for the product and they helped me replace the part within the warranty period! They were so very nice and helpful and I received the part very fast. Now we're back to practicing again! Definitely recommend this product. 👌
