Not that Hard
At first I was concerned because I’m kind of a tech dolt. But after I finally figured out where the Diagnostic Tool was - well - it was easy. Printing from my Windows computer: Check. I have an iPhone X. Downloaded the app.. Printing via Bluetooth: Check. It will be nice to print labels from my phone when my son has absconded with my laptop, and I have a shipment to go out.

Worst printer ever. Jams up every other label and you will waste so many. Don't waste your money
worst printer ever.. it jams up every other use now. I waste so many shipping labels just trying to use it. Save your money and get a different one not this one..For one, they don't send your instructions. They tell you to download an app to use it and it's not even at the app store. You have to go to some random website and get a Chinese link to use it. The app seems unsafe but who knows. It can't be set up like a normal printer and it will give you a headache to use it if you could ever figure it out. When you try to print something directly from your phone it will never find your printer. The only way to print is you have to go to the Chinese app and import your own shipping label and print it from there. Very inconvenient. And what is most annoying is every three or four labels printed it sends out an extra blank label and you have to realign it and it gets jammed. It is not user friendly. They need to have an app that you can get from the Apple store or the Google store..

Not a user friendly set up
I was able to get help setting it up by using a customers information on what to do once you plug in the flash drive. However, it will not let me install onto two computers within the same network. During set up I selected allow others in network to use. Also, the wifi seems to be useless and will only print with the usb cord.Also, the paper is 4x4 NOT 10 x 10. It should include a 6 x7 for label printing. 4x4 is useless to me.I was able to adjust the color to be darker by removing factory setting on option part of the printing quality settings and setting it to the darkest setting. Good luck. I am on hour 4 setting this damn thing up. ugh!

Nice print
This label printer is really easy to use, just follow the instructions. I use this to print shipping labels, and it works great. The quality exceeds my expectation for this price and in my opinion it’s a great deal with this price.

Not Worth the Headache
I wasted so much time trying to get this thing set up and then when I finally did get it set up, it wouldn't print. It just kept running my labels through. When it did finally decide to print, it was a bunch of random numbers. I will find one somewhere else that is less complicated and that actually works

Save your money for a sale on a better printer.
Instructions are extremely complicated to understand and mostly in another language. The app is also not in English. I understand it’s an Asian printer but this wouldve been helpful to know before purchasing. I was never able to get it set up. Customer service was unhelpful. Amazon tried to get me help as well but I’m left with a desk ornament/paper weight. I bought the previous model (FungLam) last year and had no issues so I thought I’d be able to trust the brand again.

It look me forever to get this printer set-up. The instructions do not tell you how to install the printer.After you have connected the printer via USB. . . . You need to insert the included flash drive. If you’re using a MAC, then there is a video. If. . .Like me. . . You’re on Windows. . .You will need to open the Windows Driver folder, and then click on 4BARCODE_2020.2_M-0. That’s the application which will actually install the printer on your Windows computer. Please Note: The “Quick Operation Guide” has none of this information. If you click on the User Guide folder or the Fast Installation folder. . . It will just take you pack to the Quick Operation Guide, which doesn’t help.If you wish. . .There is software on the flash drive for creating labels. You will find it by clicking on the Printing Software folder, and then clicking in BT2016_R3_3094_UL_4Barcode. The software is called “BarTender”. Some of the versions are not free.The printer was unable to calibrate / recognize the “gap” between labels. I had to turn the printer off. . . .and back on. . . .a couple of times before it finally recognized the gap and started working.After all of the above. . . The printer is working. I have an older printer that I’ve been using for years, which still works. . . But. . . the quality of the printing on this one is much better. Though my old printer has worked without a problem for printing shipping labels. . .It hasn’t been so great when I wanted to print black/white clipart and such. It wasn’t always very clear. But with this printer. . . It’s nice-and-clear, considering I’m printing on thermal labels.I have not tried the app / Bluetooth, as I do not need such. I always print from my computer.Though this printer holds rolls of labels. . . It can also accommodate “fan” labels, which are fed from the back and through.This printer is Made in China and being sold by a Chinese company on Amazon. After much finagling and getting it up-and-running. . . Overall. . I’m happy with it.

resolve all of my label problems
Life saver for small business owners! I used to hand write the information on a blank label or going to usps waiting on a long line. this little machine was able to resolve all of my label problems for my business
