Are the front pockets sealed at the bottom or could i fit a long screwdriver through

If you are referring to the front and back pockets no they are not sealed and yes you can put a long screwdriver straight through.

What is the height/width/depth of the central pocket? Need it to hold an inventory phone, which is similar to a smartphone but about 1" thick.

The pocket is probably to narrow if it does fit its surely going to cause some wear on ur phone from leather rubbing it

I seen a picture in the reviews but does anyone know how to add a belt clip to this pouch I can’t even seem to find just the clip

Best guess, it looks like the reviewer who added the belt clip used something very similar to the "Bluemoona Metal 54x25mm Holster Sheath" (see https://smile.amazon.com/Bluemoona-Sets-54x25mm-Holster-Sheath/dp/B07MR3CQCC/ref=psdc_12897141_t1_B00XH4DKGW).
