They’re definitely purple! They are silicone feel. Easy lay in and the fit is great but I thought MAYBE it would have a cup like make to it but they’re just flat. So I put them on top of the original that came with my 15’ Durango. As advertised, you will have an extra piece the quality is great feels good and looks awesome! Great little upgrade for your rango
