I have had my Samsung TV for almost 10 years and the old remote finally gave out on me. I plan on buying myself a new TV in the near future, but I needed a new remote to tide me over until I can afford the TV I want.PROS:- Worked right out of the box, no programming necessary.- Includes all the buttons of the original remote and they all function as expected.- Cheaper and faster shipping than Samsung replacement.CONS:- Battery pack cover doesn't fit properly, sticks out slightly but remains attached.- In the original remote, the battery pack cover was attached to the remote on one side so you could never lose it. This one is fully removable.- The power button is on the right side of the remote. On my original remote it was on the left side. I haven't gotten used to the change yet.- The colors of the buttons are different from the original and the text on the buttons is not perfectly placed (doesn't make a difference to me but some people may care).

Worked right away after adding 2 AAA batteries. My TV/remote are more than 10 years old and while my TV is fine the remote stopped working. I tried all the tricks shown in the net to revive it none of them worked. Then I decided to check out getting a new remote. This knockoff is reasonably priced and works as well as the original. Don't mess with trying to fix your remote unless you like doing that kind of thing, and get this one.

My remote after being in storage stopped working. I was really sad about it as I hate universal remotes. I was so happy to find this one at a great price, but was still hesitant to order. Eventually I did and I'm so happy I made the leap. All I had to do was put in the batteries and point the remote at my TV. Everything worked great.

This remote control has the exact shape and feel of my Samsung remote control, without the Samsung label on it. It also works exactly like the Samsung remote control did when it was new, before most of the buttons stopped working, making it nearly impossible to control my TV any more. So, problem solved, and I'm so glad this product was available.

This remote has worked great as a replacement. Being that it is made almost exactly as the original, i didn’t have any issues using it right out of the package.The remote seems to be holding up well, however it does have an issue. When there are no batteries in the remote the battery cover is flush to the backside of the remote. However, when the batteries are put in this is no longer the case. The introduction of the batteries causes the battery cover to bulge, causing the batteries to not be as secure as they could be. As a result when the remote is placed down the batteries sometimes move. This is not always noticeable and requires the batteries to be put back in place.

This knock off remote works with my Samsung TV out of the box, with no programming needed. I have had no issues with it at all. The quality of the plastic feels cheaper, and I don't know how long it will last. But so far so good, and it's hard to complain at this price point.

Several buttons on the original remote for our Samsung LN32b460b2d TV stopped working, forcing us to find a replacement. This third-party replacement works perfectly and is very reasonably priced! No complaints.
