Can I use this mask for cold therapy as well as heat?

Yes! The Eye Love MediViz Eye Compress works for both. Microwave for 20 seconds for warm moist heat therapy, or place in the freezer for two hours for refreshing cold therapy. One mask: Total comfort for every need.

How long does the heat last once I microwave it?

The silica bead core retains heat for up to 10 minutes of sustained, consistent warmth — plenty of time for a full, relaxing eye therapy session.

Is the Comfort Cover washable?

Absolutely. The Comfort Cover slips off easily for a quick, simple wash. Just remove it, hand wash, let dry, and it's ready for your next session — keeping every use fresh and hygienic.

Who is this product designed for?

The Eye Love MediViz Eye Compress was developed by Eye Love optometrists for anyone experiencing dry, irritated, or uncomfortable eyes — including those with meibomian gland issues, digital eye strain, or anyone who wants daily eye wellness.

How is this different from a regular eye mask or warm washcloth?

Unlike a washcloth that cools quickly, the MediViz silica bead core maintains optimum humidity and temperature for a full 10 minutes. The Comfort Cover ensures consistent, gentle contact — designed specifically for therapeutic eye relief.
