They were good and the delivery came so fast.

These are perfect for making stir-fry, they hold flavor in well, their easy to use after being boiled until soft, but they can get sticky if boiled for too long. The thickness is good, if anything its perfect for stir fry, and it holds upto its value for money, so id definitely buy this again.they do break easily before boiled, but all noodles do that

Love these for pad thai or see ew. Just the right width. And delicious.

My wife loves pho, and I was really wanting to learn how to make it for her. After talking to some restaurant owners and watching some YouTube videos, I managed to get my broth pretty close to a restaurant style pho. However, these noodles aren’t what we normally get in the restaurants that we’ve been to. They’re thicker and have a completely different consistency. They still did the job, but we were still somewhat disappointed because they weren’t the same thing that we were used to. Regardless of that, I gave them a higher rating because they are a lot better than some of the other options that I’ve found in grocery stores.

I stumbled on these noodles after prices jumped on food this year (esp gluten free foods!), and saw that you get 3 full bags for the price of much smaller single bags or soup cups with other rice noodles. The noodles are firm and have a great consistency when cooked, and they make the best base for creating your own version of soups. I usually just make a simple broth with scallions & some roasted chicken thrown in, because having easy but filling gluten free quick meals are so hard to find on a budget. They don't have a ton of flavor on their own but absorb whatever broth or sauce you're putting them in. I plan on experimenting with a pad Thai or even (gasp) homemade alfredo. I think they'll do really well. My only complaint is that the way the noodles are dried in loops, all formed together in the package, it's kind of hard to take out a portion without dried rice noodles flying all over the counter. Minimal complaint, but there it is.

Perfect for a number of Asian dishes, cooks quickly and evenly, neutral flavor is a perfect carrier for spicy sauces I prefer. Plan ahead to repackage in smaller bags unless your household goes through a lot of noodles quickly.

The noodles are what we ordered, however shipping could be improved. They were sent in a plastic pouch instead of a box and alot of the noodles were broken. No one wants broken pho noodles. lol
