Pure copper from KabelDirekt has become my preferred wire. But pure copper is now four times the price of CCA. For long, home-theater runs I decided to try this Kinter wire. The polarity is marked, the jackets separate cleanly for connecting to terminals, and the wire is mounted on a plastic spool which simplifies unwinding. An excellent product.

I felt like a teenager again after receiving this. The product is excellent for my needs but it sent me back into the '60s, rewiring everything we could.

Many posters complained this wire was hard to strip, but I didn't have any problems at all. I wired an entire surround system and subwoofer. The wire was a good value and definitely is an improvement over the old, oxidized 18 gauge wire my customer had previously!

While I didn’t use this for speakers in my vehicle, I did use this for electrical wiring in my van conversion. The flexibility of the wire was perfect for what I needed. Some of the more traditional cheaper dual wire conductors out there are stiff and harder to work with. Sometimes the other wires will get kinks and bends but that’s why I liked the flexibility of this even given its thicker size. I needed a lot too so the length was good. I actually ended up running out on the same project!

The red stripe is a bit too loud! It sticks out too much! It doesn't blend into the floor very noticeable unfortunately.

I previously bought a thicker gauge of wire, but it was to hard to work with, if are setting up a home stereo, this is the wire you need, easy to use, right thickness, good quality with negative and positive markings and great price and enough wire for my whole system!
