It's fine not exceptional
Hi I am writing this review after using this product. I purchased this product on 1Dec and after 10 days it stopped working. So after few days I checked it has 3 months warranty and I contacted the customer service but the number they shared was not connecting to I raised the concern to seller through chat option. Seller told me the process and provided replacement it's been 12 days approx and product is working fine. Sometimes I feel it's overheating. Let's see how long this heatpad works are in total it's just 20 days I am using it. Not highly recommended but it's fine. Not reliable like flamingo heatpad it's just I don't like the feel or design otherwise it's good

Decent product, but a few issues..
The product itself is decently good and does what it's supposed to do. However, if the heat isn't controlled properly, it can slightly burn the skin, so you need to be careful and monitor the temperature closely during use. Another downside was the warranty activation. The package includes instructions for activating the warranty, but the process didn't work despite several attempts. That was frustrating and took away from an otherwise okay experience. Overall, it's a decent product with some room for improvement—just be cautious with the heat settings and prepare for potential hassle with warranty registration.

Average quality, uneven heating
Positive: Temperature very fast high and good for massage. Surface velvet soft handfeel Maximum belt comfortable size 36 inches only though stretchable but too tight Long power cable Negative: edges doesn't have heating. Only the area where we can see hole design grid have heating. Unequal spread of heat. Not flexible enough as claim in photo.
