Great and affordable flat weight bench

Love this bench!! I am an averagely smart woman who has average knowledge of putting things together and this was a breeze! Took me about 15 minutes. The only qualm I have with the bench is although it is mostly sturdy, you do have to sit in the middle or it does feel like it could tip (barely though). Even with that, I still gave 5 stars because you can’t beat the price.

Its a bench sturdy enough. Does its job, not too hard to assemble all pieces included. Could be portable if you got time on your paws.

One solid piece of equipment. No wobbles like other ones I've owned. If you want a solid - safe workout, this is your bench!

Super solid bench. I’ve had an adjustable for a long time, but wanted a flat bench. I’m short, and on the adjustable bench, I always ended up with my lower back right at the spot on the bench where it divides, so this is way better for me to lift with. Easy to assemble, nice amount of padding , easy to move

I receive this bench today, and I doubt it's structural design is adequate for anyone other than a petite woman. Why? The cross structural support consists of three cross braces under the lightly padded seat that flex if you apply any lateral lean when sitting on the end of the bench. They are rather thin steel about one inch wide that are bolted between the lengthwise ridge brace and seat. the cross pieces need a ridge welded to the straps to make the lateral stability stiffer. If your are small, doing light exercises, then it might last a while, but it is basically strong enough for stationary. Buy something else if you do heavy seated exercise or weight lifting. seating, not exercising. Ensure you look at the bottom of every product to determine how the lateral bracing is designed.

Great bench! It's a firm cushion so it's the perfect firmness without sitting on hard plastic! Extremely sturdy and stays in place, doesn't feel like it's going to tip over or anything. It's on the heavy side for a bench but that's what keeps it sturdy! As far as I know all the parts were there - my husband put it together one day while I was at work. I would buy another and/or recommend it to a friend!

Despues de investigar todos los bancos estaba x decidir un multiposiciones pero leí reseñas donde mencionaban que esta incomodo para gente alta y otros mencionaban que al 3 er uso se fisuraba, por eso decidí comprar este banco pues aunque no es multiposicion se ve de mejor estructura y grosor, el precio me parece justo. A mí el banco me encantó, tiene un material bueno, se ve de calidad, el embalaje es muy practico pues viene en 3 piezas por armar muy fácilmente y trae consigo ya una llave junto con sus tornillos. Mí hermano en 15 mins ya lo había armado, él me menciona qué quizá sin exceder peso es lo ideal pues es de una pieza como eje central que da el soporte. Ahora bien, yo soy novata y no llego a cargar ni 50 kgs, para alguien que carga poco o moderado peso creo es ideal, a mí me es perfecto y me gusta. Recomendación total.

Simple straightforward assembly and does what it suppose to do

Nothing fancy and well built. I didn't want to pay for racing stripes on my sweaty bench. Now I can buy something else because this is very good value and I have leftover money
