Using this first quality ginger oil (best quality) along with a carrier oil to rub into my ankles which are swollen. I understand this will keep the blood flowing and help the swelling, so am trying. Just began using so will report back if it works.

It arrived as expected. I normally use Young Living oils, but I've been using ginger on the bottoms of my feet prior to socks ( I work 12 hr hosp shifts). Young Living only has 5ml bottles. I started using Ginger as a go to oil for a variety of uses. I am happy with my purchase !

Great to add 1-2 drops to my EO teas . Before I'd feel a little nauseous. Now when I add the ginger....no longer a problem and the added flavor is great . I use a combo of EO for health reasons . Now that I'm drinking my teas consistently, I'm definitely seeing improvement in my health .

Very strong ginger taste in just one drop, almost overwhelming. I use it in my smoothie now since the other flavors can calm this flavor down. It is pretty expensive as well. Now Foods has a much cheaper ginger oil and they are a good product as well.

Love the do Terra oils. Very pure so whether I am taking them internally (including cooking with some), mixing with a massage oil, or just breathing in the scent I know I'm doing right by my body. Best essential oils I've ever tried. Love to add a couple drops of ginger while cooking veggies or soups.

I have used the ginger oil with lavender for stomach upset/gas, and have found that it relieves the bloating /cramping. I applied a drop with a drop of lavender over my stomach and abdomen and felt relief within a few minutes. I would highly recommend for people who have frequent stomach/gas upset.

It has an ok smell. I also sent a message to doterra and they did not repond. I will never purchase their products again.
