It is a cheaper hat so I cant complain too much. I purchased one before and was very happy with it so I ordered a second, wont order a third!

My teenage daughter absolutely loves this hat and was happy to see the fitting tabs are included. The fit is nice and the hat does not look cheap.

Purchased the same hat in another color last summer and came back for the black one this year. The value has degraded tremendously while the price increased over ten dollars. This hat has a band that is removable, the black one has an incredibly ugly bow on it in cream. You can't remove just the bow because the velcro that holds the band together is attached to said ugly bow. The company also sticks a plastic tag with their name on this bow. An extra band with another ugly bow is included in a color that's a cross between purple and brown. Last year's hat had a band inside with velcro to adjust sizing. Nothing fancy but it worked. This joke of a hat arrived with 3m foam core stickers. So they want you to use foam on straw. It's also sized much larger I wear 7 1/4 and this falls down to my eyebrows. The tacky didn't end there because it actually has a tag that states it will protect in up to 50 UPF. I didn't make a typo there. Typical garbage from China. The hat I received, at most is worth 8 bucks. It's already packed for return. I will not order from this company again.

The hat arrived in perfect condition with no sign of being crushed or mishandled. I think it really depends on the delivery service. The hat fit perfectly and I received many complements on how I looked with it on. Great value for the price.
