It's delicious.
My doc says I'm not supposed to drink tea any more and have no caffiene. I've cut back to one cup a day. I'm also supposed to drink a lot of water per day, Herbals like this fill the gap between real tea and water. This stuff is delicious and I can drink a pot easily. I use a bit of honey with it.
