Would these work for pulling a furniture dolly up stairs into a mobile home? say 30" high (just wondering if a dolly will clear the lip mostly)

The dolly will clear the lip. You would need to stay within the weight limit for the ramp. I use the ramp for other things besides the wheelchair.

I'm looking for something to help my dad get the wheelchair into the back of his vehicle without having to lift it. The chair would be folded.

Longest available on Amazon is 10’, this is 5’. For longer ramps the number of sections varies, so pay attention to the collapsed length. For all telescoping styles make sure that wheel hubs don’t strike the side rails and that the user can set the ramps out at the required spacing - sometimes a gauge stick is enough help, some people will always shift both ends and can’t set them up parallel at the required spacing without a more elaborate setup guide. For longer ramps consider whether the application is ok with the limited space and load limits for a person on foot. It can be a long way down in between long ramps and with leverage the available push for something at chest height and above becomes a smaller and smaller fraction of weight. Telescoping ramps are smaller and lighter than the folding types but at the longer lengths the folding type tend to be easier to shift a load up and down.

Sorry, no idea about weight limits... I use each track as a dog ramp for an aged 12 pound dog to get up on and down off a sofa!
