Professional Wooden Foot Rest

Posture is queen or should I now say king, when at the desk and this foot rest really does and can help with posture, balance and leg circulation when sitting for the best part of the day. When I first purchased it, I wasn't sure it would stand the test of time... but it has.. yay! It's solid and strong and was easy to put together (3 piece flatpack) I have a hardwood laminate floor and it's been fine on that with no scuff marks, it can slide a little which personally I do not mind although a small rug or carpet can help it keep still. I also use it on the carpet when I want to do some squats exercises etc

Surprised how impressed I am with this. I am a 6ft 3 95kg bloke, I’ve broken my ankle twice and ruptured ligaments twice, sitting for long periods or driving causes my foot to become tight and painful - this is nice and small and can take a lot of weight. There’s no flex in it whatsoever and rocking back and forth makes all the difference for me. Really worth it.

The rockers do not slip on carpet, so I can use this to support my feet when sitting on the sofa (I have short legs); and I can use the time sitting to flex my feet and lower legs as well. It's also a very solid and satisfying balance and core strength training aid when used standing. The non-slip surface is very effective. I'm very pleased with this purchase!

Good versatile product compared to a basic footrest. Sturdy and decent quality ply - Only slight issue I have is that it slides forwards when using as a footrest on carpet if, when seated, I tip my feet backwards & forwards. Maybe the rubber could be less smooth to grip a bit more. When stood on it with my desk set high, it's great for working the muscles while working and I can't fault this function at all. Overall a great product, though a bit more expensive than the average. Not an issue that there is no height adjustment as my chair & desk can be adjusted to suit.

Love this under my desk, then when sitting on my couch keeping my legs moving and the balancing game. So great 👍

Literally awesome. I am always moving my feet backwards and forwards on the plastic one sent to me as part of my home working kit, and I destroyed that one in a few weeks. Then I saw this. It’s strong, the height is great, it’s stable but you can rock your feet back and forth if you’re like me and can’t sit still, and it’s going strong. Probably the best thing I bought for my office in a long time, I don’t regret it at all.

Perfect. The best foot rest I've had. Not having to worry about breaking it. I like the fact it can rock. Love it

I use it in the office. Other coworkers said it feels awesome to rest your foot on it.

As a 33 year old gamer with a standing desk, this thing is a legitimately useful tool.I started resistance workouts 2 years ago after I realized that my back / muscle health was going to be very unhealthy for me as the years passed. I have a standing desk, but I struggled to use it. My chair was always the more comfortable option. Originally I was using this thing as a value foot rest while I had my chair sitting a little higher. (Good for the shoulders and back. If a sturdy, comfortable foot rest is what you're looking for, this thing is a great value. No assembly required.Fast forward 4 months later... I'm finding relief in stretches, strength training, and the regular stand at my desk. This thing helps me stretch my hamstrings, calves, and ankles. The thing NEVER slips and I have grown to trust it to the point of doing balanced pistol squats on this board.Now, for anyone who has ADD like me:I have realized that this thing helps me stay standing at my desk longer than my standard standing mat.At least, it's a balance fidget toy.At best, it's a calf stretching, yoga stretching stim toy.My back is so much happier now that I'm standing 50% of the time.This thing is sturdy as heck.
