How do I switch this to constant voltage (CV) mode? 12 volt fan test with settings 12.6v/1a. When I turn it on output shows 0.24v/0.01a CC.

Mine will run fairly stable at the voltage I set & the amps. As the draw on amps decrease the voltage is very stable. It should always be running in CV/CA withing in reason. If I am charging a 12V lithium battery with say 3A the output V will be stable but A will continue to drop to 0 as the battery reaches full charge.

Can this handle incoming voltage of 80v or 100v from the solar panels? it says 65v, but has anyone tried it? did it fry good or it's ok?

Components are not capable of this high of voltage, capacitors will most likely fail 1st.

Where can I find the pdf manual?
