Magnesium oxide is the worst absorbable magnesium form, what makes it 'high absorption' as in claim?

Can not answer that all I can tell you thay have stopped my cramps in the night and I'm not having any side effects

I'm reading that the recommended daily allowance for an adult male 31–50 years (rda) is 420 mg.. is this supplement enough?

Technically one capsule doesn't meet the daily requirement, however I have been taking one capsule per day at night, and I can honestly say it is making a difference. No cramps and no dead arm when waking. One capsule per day is the maximum to take, but I don't feel the need to increase this. For me it works.
